Day .5
Alaska07, Motorcycles May 24th, 2007I’m officially on vacation now! After a nice send off at the house by Alison (She’s like the super photography genious) and a few pictures as I was leaving, I dropped by Rob and Jen’s house for some shirts and another hat. (He already gave me two). Had some nice dinner and hit the road from there. The ride up to LA was well, boring. But that’s ok. Tomorrow we head out on the real beginning of our trip!

Ok everbody… He’s gone and so now we can PAAAAARTY!!!!
Right, Jim will break into Jason’s house… Alison will invite the neighbors… I’ll bring the kegs and arrange for the food… Bill’s gonna dig the mud-wrestling pit in the backyard and collect a slush fund for, um, “tipping” the mudwrestlers that Sarah recruited from Hooters…
Jessie, have we moved Jason’s living room furniture and stuff into storage to make room for the Chili Peppers to set up and play? Flea gets pissed if their space isn’t prepped when they get there…
Speaking of prep, the flame throwers and chainsaw jugglers want us to test Jason’s indoor housepaint with a live flame to see if it’s the “easy catch” type of paint or the more resiliant “tough catch” type… anyone have a torch or something we can use?
Let’s see… we’ll need to make more room for parking too.. I think we can just Jack Hammer up the curb and sidewalk in front of the house… yes? I’ll arrange for the hammer… anyone able to hot-wire Jason’s truck so we can haul away all the concrete chunks?
Oh yeah… the camera crew will be there soon to wire the place so everything is captured for the live simulcast on MTV’s “While the Cat’s away the Mice will play” show…
Dammit! I forgot that they said they’re gonna need a bigger opening into Jason’s place for their full size Gantry Cameras… Anyone know if it’d be better to take out a window? Or widen the front door? Or maybe just pull down a wall? Hmm… we may have to improvise here…
Right, well, that’s all the stuff on my list for today. More to do tomorrow!

SWEET!! I’m glad you got the memo!!!
Now, getting down to business….
Flea is invited, but I’m not sure of the rest of his band (zzzzzzzzzz!) Jas was always a big fan of GWAR, so to pay homage to our “host” we should really book these guys…. I really like prodigy so if you can pull a few strings that would be righteous.
Thankfully, J replaced the roof so that when the partygoers come over and dive into the mosh pit in the back yard it wont’ cave in! I know DivX will be also on staff to film this with Mtv for Stage 6 so we’re golden. The crisco slip-n-slide will be awesome!
He always wanted better parking and more room so bring the wrecking balls and we’ll start from scratch. Luckily, that contest I entered with TLC and HGTV panned out so we can have it all done in 3 days…
We also have lots of old gasoline so I’m sure the flame throwers can put that to good use! J will be stoked to get rid of that crap!!!
Ok, have your people call my people and we’ll get into action!
