		<description>You know how my dad collects coins from the US Mint and he orders rolls that come sealed in those clear plastic tubes?  He had one delivered once (by the USPS) and the box was mashed with big black tire tracks across it and a USPS stamp that said &quot;Damaged in Transit&quot; across it.  Yeah...ya think?  I mean why even bother delivering the damn thing?  It was totally shattered and obviously the coins were no longer in &#039;mint&#039; condition.</description>
